The tunnel type metal detectors series D feature an upper and lower part that are screwed. This way the tunnel can be separated for installation on the transport system. Alignment bolts ensure that the two tunnel sections are properly positioned after the assembly. The detector is immediately ready for use without the need to re-calibrate. The cable connecting both parts is a plug connection, which saves time and avoids wiring errors
